The end of the day can be very busy, so it's important for educators to be a calm presence for both children and parents at this time. Estrellita uses a variety of verbal and non-verbal strategies to communicate with each parent, and to honour this important final reunion between child and parent. Keep in mind that this pick-up transition is just as important as drop-off in the morning!
