Sometimes a guy just wants a little help

Gio is perfectly able to feed himself his oatmeal with a spoon. But as soon as Papa comes into view, Gio communicates quite clearly that he would prefer Papa to feed him. The sense of autonomy of toddlers is fluid; sometimes they are adamant about doing things all by themselves, but at other times they seek out adult help and support.

Featuring:
Papa
Gio (1 year, 9 months)

Child-care centre: Estrellita's Home Daycare

Date and Time: May 27, 2010, morning
